How can I enjoy the free shipping policy?
Free shipping is available on orders over $99. Both shipping costs and shipping methods are as stated on the Payment Page and may vary depending on the delivery destination.
What shipping methods are used?
We use external delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS) to ensure reliable delivery times (except for unforeseen circumstances).
How do I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order through the Track Your Order page. We will also send periodic emails with updates about your order, including tracking numbers and inventory updates. My package has been lost or stolen.
If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, or that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us at within 10 days to file a claim.. We will assist you in completing the claims process with the carrier. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). GARB is not held responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out of stock items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order. We will contact you with the next steps on an out-of-stock item via email.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is charged according to order value. ( The more you order, the heavier the package will be. )
Value less than $79 : Shipping Cost $8.85
Value more than $79: You get FREE SHIPPING.
We highly recommend you buy more than $79 so you can save more.
Shipping cost for specially heavy products like tactical vest and some boots will be different from this. Shipping charges will be specified for such products on the product page.
